Manual Pressure Washing Hose Reels

RECOMMENDED FOR To handle single 3/8″ or 1/2″ I.D. hose.

Permanent direct crank rewind, with adjustable split bearing brake assembly.

Standard inlet: full flow swivel joint with 1/2″ NPT fitting.

Standard outlet: 1/2″ female NPT fitting, supplied with 1/2″ MNPT to 3/8″FNPT reducing bushing. Other sizes and/or threads available, must specify.

Pressures up to 5000 psi (345 bar). Flow rate of over 12 gpm @ 15 fps.

Standard fluid temperatures from -32° F to +400 °F (0° C to +204° C). Optional temperature ratings available – consult factory.

Captive (4-sided) hose guide roller assembly.

Black powder coated finish.

Optional stainless steel construction and internals – consult factory.

Optional Mounting Kits

Wall, floor, pivoting and non-pivoting options are available. Combination kits also
available depending on installation. Must specify mounting position when ordering mounting kits (kits include hardware). Universal mounting pattern (2.75″ x 5″).

PWK-200 – Rigid (non-pivoting) wall mounting. Floor mounting available, consult factory.

PWK-300 – Mounting to 1″ round tubing. Other tubing (round or square) sizes available, consult factory.

PWK-400 – Wall mounting – ability to pivot the reel. Includes pivoting platform, knob, and mounting hardware. (Mounting hole pattern: 2.75″ x 2.75″).
